   
This group is also referred as alkaline phosphates. They are used for increasing corrosion resistance of paint. Bath reconstitution values are mostly depended on the properties of the water used in bath as well as amount of grease found on surface to be cleaned.

It is a liquid material used by spraying method for iron-steel materials. It is reconstituted between 2-3% by weight and it is used between 55-60'C. It is particularly designed for use in phosphating process of steel materials with oxidized layer. It has self-passivation feature. |

It is a two-component liquid material used by spraying and dipping method for steel and galvanized materials. It has self-passivation feature. It is reconstituted between 2-5% by weight and it is used between 55-60’C. |

NETFOS 40 R :

It can be used as regulator in iron phosphate baths. In general terms, it is advised to use at first reconstitution or another reconstitution following chemical of another company. It is particulary recommended to use at processes where hard water is used. |
