WIPE IRON PHOSPHATES

As a result of using this product range, surface is simultaneously both degreased and phosphated. Application is performed by means of a sponge and/or brush and cursor machine. The cost of facility is low and the result of removal process directly depends on human initiative.
NETFOS P 100 G : (Wipe Phosphate)��	It is a liquid product that is applied on surface by means of wipe-off process and that performs degreasing and phosphating procedures of steel materials simultaneously. It is reconstituted between 10-15% by weight. Same material also degreases aluminium metal.
NETFOS N 100 G : (Wipe Phosphate)��	It is a liquid product that is applied on surface by means of wipe-off process and that performs degreasing and phosphating procedures of steel materials simultaneously. It is reconstituted between 5-10% by weight. It is especially recommended to be used in cold rolled steel materials.
NETFOS N 2000 G : (Wipe Phosphate)��	It is a liquid product that is applied on surface by means of wipe-off process and that performs degreasing and phosphating procedures of steel and galvanized materials simultaneously. It is reconstituted between 10-15% by weight. It has self-passivation feature.
NETFOS W 105 : (Wipe Phosphate)��	It is a liquid product that is applied on surface by means of wipe-off process and that performs degreasing and phosphating procedures of steel materials simultaneously. It is reconstituted between 8-12% by weight. Most important feature of this product is that it delays rusting process of surface during drying under ambient conditions.
