ZINC PHOSPHATES

These phosphates form a crystal structure on the surface. Thin crystal structure of undercoat zinc phosphates increases adhesion quality of paint to surface. Crystal structure of zinc phosphates to be protected with oil is larger and their weight is higher.

NETZINOX 205 G :

It is a single-component product used as dipping for phosphating steel material that it forms a fine crystallized grey and smoke colored phosphate layer. This product is calcium-modified that it is an environment-friendly chemical not including nickel. As its crystal structure is fine, a further activation bath is not required. The bath is used between 5-6% by weight and at temperatures ranging between 75-85 'C. If this product is to be used in conjunction with oil protection, bath concentration is increased.

NETZINOX 210 :

It is a single-component product used as dipping for phosphating steel material that it forms a fine crystallized grey and smoke colored phosphate layer. It is recommended to particularly use this product if process involves an acid. As its crystal structure is fine, a further activation bath is not required. The bath is used between 5-6% by weight and at temperatures ranging between 55-65 'C. If this product is to be used in conjunction with oil protection, bath concentration is increased.

NETZINOX 105 NG :

It is a single-component product with rough crystallized structure which is suitable for protection with oil and is used as dipping for  phosphating steel and cast iron material. It is reconstituted in 10 % by weight and it used between 75-85 'C.

NETZINOX SD 502 :

It is a dual-component product used as dipping for phosphating steel material that it forms a fine crystallized grey and smoke colored phosphate layer. It should be used with activation.

NETZINOX H 1000 :

It is a single-component product used as dipping for phosphating iron steel material that it forms a fine crystallized grey and smoke colored phosphate layer. Bath is reconstituted in 5-6 % by weight (w/v ) and it is used at temperatures ranging between 85-95 'C.

NETZINOX SS 1000 :

It is a single-component phosphating material used as dipping in order to increase paint adhesion of the stainless steel (400 Series) material. Bath is reconstituted in 8-10 % by weight (w/v ) and it is used at temperatures ranging between 65-75 'C.

NETZINOX TR 701 :

It is a three-component product used as spray for phosphating steel material that it forms a fine crystallized grey&smoke colored phosphate layer. This product is also refered as tri-cationic zinc phosphate.

NETZINOX AC 402 :
(Activation)

It is a liquid product used as dipping before zinc phosphate bath. It reduces crystallized structure of zinc phosphate and it causes a decrease in sludge ratio of phosphate bath.

NETZINOX HZ 302 :
(Accelerator)

It is a liquid product used as dipping during reconstitution of zinc phosphate bath.

NETZINOX HZ 701 :
(Accelerator)

It is a liquid product used during reconstitution of spray zinc phosphate bath.
